Russia Keeps Crude Oil Export Data to India Confidential
Russia will not disclose details of its crude oil exports to India, citing security and geopolitical concerns. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that quantitative information about oil shipments would remain confidential. This announcement follows a temporary 30-day waiver from the US allowing Indian refiners to purchase Russian oil amid ongoing conflicts in West Asia. Reports suggest that Russia could deliver around 22 million barrels of crude oil to India within a week. Additionally, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak indicated that Moscow is prepared to increase crude supplies to India and China, both of which are experiencing energy supply disruptions.
