South Korean President to Visit India for Strategic Talks
South Korean President Lee Jae-myung arrived in New Delhi on Sunday for a three-day visit, accompanied by his wife Kim Hea-kyung. He is scheduled to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi to discuss shipbuilding, artificial intelligence, trade, and investments. The visit aims to strengthen the Special Strategic Partnership between India and South Korea, with bilateral trade increasing from $14.2 billion to $26.89 billion since the 2010 economic partnership agreement. On Monday, Lee and his wife paid tribute to Mahatma Gandhi at Rajghat, marking a significant gesture in enhancing diplomatic and cultural ties.
