Four Arrested for Planning Attacks with Explosives in India
Delhi Police arrested four men from Maharashtra, Odisha, and Bihar for allegedly planning attacks using explosives. The suspects conducted reconnaissance of potential targets, including India Gate and the Red Fort, and were found with an Improvised Explosive Device (IED). Two of the accused were reportedly assembling a toy car equipped with an IED for use in crowded areas. The men, influenced by extremist ideology, were active on encrypted platforms to recruit others. A case has been registered, and police are investigating their associates and broader network. Multiple digital devices have been seized for analysis.
