TVK Chief Vijay to Face CBI Again Over Karur Stampede
Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) chief Vijay has arrived in Delhi for his second round of questioning by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) regarding the Karur stampede incident. He is scheduled to appear before the agency on the following day at 11 AM. The questioning will focus on a seven-hour delay attributed to him, which allegedly contributed to the stampede. The CBI is also expected to investigate the planning of the political program and the permissions involved. Vijay had previously requested a delay in the summons due to the Pongal festival break. His significant following is anticipated to gather at the CBI headquarters during this questioning.
