Delhi Police Uncover International Arms Trafficking Ring Linked to ISI
The Delhi Police Crime Branch has dismantled an international arms trafficking network, arresting four individuals. The operation seized 10 high-end foreign-made pistols, including the Turkiye-made PX-5.7, and 92 live cartridges, all allegedly smuggled from Pakistan via drones. The weapons were intended for gangs in Delhi NCR and Punjab, including the Lawrence Bishnoi and Bambiha gangs. Authorities confirmed that the operation is part of a broader effort to disrupt transnational criminal activities linked to Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI). The arrested individuals are currently under interrogation to reveal more about the network's operations.
