IndiGo Suspends Flights to Saudi Arabia Until October 17
IndiGo has cancelled all flights to and from Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Madinah until October 17 due to ongoing security concerns in Saudi Arabia. The airline advised customers to check their flight status online and assured support teams are available for assistance. This suspension follows a series of attacks by Yemen's Houthi rebels, including a recent strike that killed 13 people and injured over 300 at Riyadh's King Khalid International Airport. The airport has been closed to ensure safety and operational readiness. Akasa Air has also extended its flight suspension to the same destinations until October 17, offering affected passengers options for refunds or rescheduling.
