PM Modi Criticises TMC Over Women's Reservation Bill Opposition

He claimed the TMC, in collaboration with Congress, conspired to block the legislation, which he described as detrimental to women's political representation. Modi highlighted the BJP's commitment to women's empowerment, promising various welfare measures, including free treatment for women and financial support for pregnant women. He stated that under a BJP government, women would receive Rs 36,000 annually and additional benefits for self-employment and education. Modi also accused the TMC of neglecting tribal women and girls, contrasting this with the BJP's support for marginalized communities, exemplified by the election of President Droupadi Murmu.
