Governors Reshuffled Ahead of Assembly Elections in Key States
On March 5, 2026, several governors in India were reassigned as part of a political reshuffle. Tamil Nadu Governor R. N. Ravi was appointed Governor of West Bengal, while Kerala Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar took on additional responsibilities in Tamil Nadu.
