CBSE Cancels Class 10 Exams, Postpones Class 12 Exams in Middle East
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has cancelled Class 10 board examinations scheduled from March 7 to March 11 in the Middle East due to ongoing conflict in the region. Previously postponed exams on March 3, 5, and 6 are also cancelled. Class 12 exams scheduled for March 7 have been postponed, with a review planned for March 7 regarding exams from March 9 onwards. The CBSE will announce revised dates and the mode of result declaration later. Students are advised to stay in contact with their schools for updates. This decision follows escalating tensions in the Middle East, including recent military actions involving the US and Iran.
