Iranian Missile Strike Damages US Drones, Injures Several Personnel
An Iranian ballistic missile strike on a Kuwaiti air base caused minor injuries to five Americans and seriously damaged two MQ-9 Reaper drones. The strike occurred within the past 24 hours, with debris from the intercepted Fateh-110 missile hitting the Ali Al Salem air base. One Reaper drone was destroyed, while another was significantly damaged, with each drone valued at approximately $30 million. This incident comes as the US considers extending a ceasefire that has been in place since April. The ongoing conflict has resulted in 14 American deaths and 409 injuries, according to the latest Department of Defense report for Operation Epic Fury. Iran has launched over 1,850 ballistic missiles at regional targets since the conflict began on Feb. 28.
