Al-Falah University Faces Scrutiny Over Links to Delhi Blast
Al-Falah University in Faridabad is under investigation due to connections with a blast near Delhi's Red Fort on 10 November that killed at least 12 people. The university displayed outdated NAAC accreditation on its website, which has since been removed following a show-cause notice from NAAC on 13 November. The notice highlighted that the displayed 'A Grade' accreditation for its engineering college expired in 2016. Additionally, the National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions issued a notice on 21 November regarding the university's minority status, with a hearing scheduled for 4 December. Two faculty members were linked to the blast, and a former alumnus was previously associated with terrorist activities.
